治疗96例乳磨牙髓室底穿孔的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of the Pulp Chamber Floor's Perforation of Deciduous Molar, 96 Cases Report

乳磨牙在儿童生长发育期，对恒牙正常萌出，排列具有重要意义．本文对９６例应用盖维他（Ｃａｌｖｉｔａｌ）加少许碘仿修补乳磨牙髓底穿孔的病例进行了观察，随访半年、１年、２年；结果显示：２年的成功率８６．７％，２年的失败率为１３．３％，表明髓底穿孔应用本法修复，效果良好．

Deciduous molar plays an important role in children's permanent teeth's rudiment and arrangement. We have applyed Calvital to repairing the pulp chamber floor's perforation of deciduous molar and followed the patients for half a year, one year, two years. The result shows that the rates fo success are 86.7% and the rates of failure are 13.3% among those who have been followed for 2 years. It is effectire to repair the pulp.
