摘要 详细描述了在非球面反射镜超精加工中,水平方向对刀误差对面形精度的影响,并且给出了可靠的计算误差的公式.同时也介绍了实际的对刀方法及误差分析。 This paper, describes the effect of the tool setting error in horizontal direction on the profile accuracy of parabolic reflector and gires one calculation formula. It also presents a practical tool setting method and the error analysis.
