摘要
本文介绍了紫苏子中脂肪酸类成分抗过敏·炎症作用及其作用机理,即抑制血 小板活化因子(PAF)和白三烯的研究概况.并在抑制PAF和白三烯(LTB4、C4、D4)方 面,与同系列脂肪酸EPA、DHA进行了比较,进而提出了紫苏油开发利用新的发展方向。
This paper introduces the study on inhibitors of PAF and leukotrienes. It presents the effect of anti-allergy and inflammation of fatty acids in perilla seed and the effect mechanism. A fresh direction of development and use on is after compared with a-linolenic acid EPA and DHA in inhibitor of PAF and leukotrienes.
