地塞米松甲硝唑碘仿一次性根充的临床应用

Clinical Application of Dexamethasone, Metronidazed and Iodoform to Root Canal Filling in one Time

根管治疗是治疗各型牙髓炎、牙髓坏死和坏疽、各型根尖周炎最完善彻底的治疗方法．以前研究认为，根管治疗必须经过三个步骤，即根管预备、根管消毒和根管充填，而且这三个步骤缺一不可．笔者在临床实践中，采用地塞米松、甲硝唑、碘仿糊剂用于一次法根充，收到了令人满意的的效果．

The treatment of root canal is the best method of treating all sorts of pulpitis, pulp necrosis and gangrene. It was regarded previously that the treatment of root canal should include three steps f root canal prearation, root canal sterilizing and root canal filling, and each of them was indispensable. During clinical practice, the author uses the paste of dexamethasone, metronidazde and indoform for root canal filling in one time. The above method has a good curative effect.
