摘要
镗削加工常因镗杆刚性不足,产生自激振动而影响加工精度.一种用高模量的碳素纤维和高衰减树脂为材料作成的镗杆,其抵抗自激振动的稳定性,不仅优于传统的钢制镗杆,而且也优于硬质合金镗杆.本研究采用五种不同形状(钢芯)的镗杆,将碳素纤维在长度方向上均匀分布,使其具有很高的静弯曲刚性.尤其十字形状的(钢芯)镗杆,在所有镗杆中,具有最好的切削性和稳定性,即使在恶劣的条件下,它仍可以在长(L)径(D)比为8的情况下使用,而普通的硬质合金镗杆有时在L/D=6时就会产生自激振动.
The process accuracy is often influenced by auto-exciting vibration due to the inadequate rigidity of the boring bar. The stability of boring bars made from carbon fibre of high modulus and high attenuation resin is better than that of steel boring bars and hard alloy.
