摘要
目的:为修复正中神经返支提供带血管蒂神经桥接的理论基础和有关数据。方法:用体视学方法研究了60例灌注红色乳胶液的返支营养血管,观察其长度和内径、来源、进入神经干的方式。结果:营养动脉长度2.86±0.12mm,内径0.23±0.03mm,从返支主干的近1/3进入占88.8%,由神经的掌面,尺侧进入占74.5%。来源动脉起自掌浅弓凹侧的筋膜支,起占至“零点”的距离11.64±2.27mm,内径0.52±0.08mm,长度10.04±1.26mm。结论:返支营养动脉的来源动脉适宜做带血管蒂神经移植的受体血管。
Objective:To provide theoretical basis and relative data for vessel pedicled nerve bransplantation. Methods:Blood supply of RBs on 60 adult fresh cadaver spcciments perfused with red latex was observed and studied with stereomicroscope. Results: 88. 8% of nutrient arteries passed into the stem of the RB in proximal 1 /3.74.5 % of nutrient arteries got into the palm or ulnar slide of the main trunk of RB. The length and exterior diameter were 2.86 ± 0.12mm and 0.23± 0.03mm. The original artery arose from the concaved side of the superficial palmar arch. The distance between the arising point and the middle point of superficial palmar arch was 11. 64 ± 2. 27mm. The diameter and length were 0. 56 + 0. 06mm and 8. 95 ± 0. 14mm respectively. Conclusion:The originate artery of RB can be used in the vessel pedicled nerve transplantation.
