摘要
对产品金属铝表面进行喷砂脱脂处理,调整硅橡胶的配方,采用CH608作为偶联剂,涂过渡层,提高了硅橡胶与金属铝面的粘接力,使粘接强度从0.5MPa提高到5MPa以上.满足了电力系统产品需要.
Make the metal product of aluminum Sandblasted and degreased,adjust the formulation of silicon rubber,take CH608 as the coupling adhesive to coat the film for enhancing the pasting between silicon rubber and metal of aluminum from 0.5MPa Up to more than 5MPA.It meets the demands of electrical power system.
