How to Well Run a School Journal

校报由于容量小，作者队伍有限及办报环境的制约，办好也不容易。校报要办出品位，办出特色，一要争取学校的高度重视；二要提高编辑人员的业务素质；三要加强通迅员队伍建设。

It is not easy indeed to run well a school journal due to its small capacity, less qualified authers and poor environment. In order to run a high qualified journal and make the journal have its own feature, the following three aspects should be concerned: ①try to call the school leaders's attention; ②try to improve the professional quality of the editors;③strengthen the construction of reporters' ranks.
