摘要
离婚损害赔偿是婚内侵权相对应的一个法律概念。作为一项法律制度 ,它有其自身的法律含义及经济、社会和法律基础。文章对当今建立该项法律制度的社会必要性和该制度设计要点进行了探讨。
As a law conception,the compensation for injury of divorce is related to the matrimonial tort.and has its own law signification and foundation in economy society and law.The article focused on the necessity of establishing the system of compensation for injury of divorce.It also discusses the main point of the system.
