摘要
本文对电机驱动式自动离合器应用于自动换档系统的可行性进行了研究 ,尝试在自动换档系统中以价格低廉的直流电机代替液压油缸 ,从而降低系统成本、提高系统可靠性 .研制了原理样机并进行了原理样机的实验 。
In this paper,the research on ASS(Automatic Shifting System)drived by DC motort is presented.In order to cut down the cost and improve the reliability,a cheap DC motor is selected to substitute for the electro hydraulic system.The application of motor drived clutch to auto mechanical transmission is studied and a series of experiments of the prototype are performed.The resulto shows that the technique is feasible.
