摘要 本文以 610 2型柴油机为例 ,应用模态实验的方法 ,分别对自由状态下和安装状态下的曲轴进行了模态频率特性实验 ;在实验验证的基础上 ,用有限元方法计算了曲轴在自由状态下扭转和纵向振动的固有频率 ,然后计算了不同边界条件下曲轴的扭转和纵振固有频率 . In this paper,a 6102 Diesel Engine is taken an example.The method of modal experiment is used to measure the natural frequency of Crankshaft on free statement and assembled statement.Based on the experiment,the finite element method is used to calculate the torsional and axial vibration of crankshaft under different boundary conditions.The phenomenon that the natural frequency of crankshaft varies with the stiffness of main bearing is analyzed.Through the analysis and comparison,the influence of the stiffness of main bearing on the natural frequency is obtained.
