简要回顾了“九五”期间浙江省公路、水路交通科技发展状况 ,分析了存在的问题和面临的形势 ,分四个方面论述了“十五”发展目标 。

With a brief review of the scientific development of Zhejiangs water and land transportation during the ninth five-year period,the article analyses the existing problems and challenges it will face,discusses in four aspects the development objectives for the tenth five-year plan,and points out the eight major tasks.
