降低船舶的造价是航运企业竞争优势所在 ,只有重视设计成本 ,从总体性能优化、材料、设备的合理化使用上着手 ,提高船舶的性能价格比 ,才能达到降本增效目的。
Reducing the price of newbuilding ship is advantage to shipping enterprises.Only to increase the ratio of performance to price by laying emphasis on ships performance、material and equipments,the price would to be reduce and the profits would to be gain.
