When teach swimming,teacher should often change his way of thinking and method of teaching in order to make a good grasp of the regular pattern in swimming teaching.Through years of researching and practicing,the author has developed a quick method of teaching in Swimming which based on the four words:fearing,floating,kicking and breathing.
