肺癌合并肌无力综合征(ELS)8例临床报道

Clinical Study of Lung Cancer with Eaton－Lambert Syndrome

目的：分析肺癌合并肌无力综合征（ELS）的临床特点并进行文献复习。方法：1965～1995年我院收治8例肺癌合并ELS病例，其中SCLC 6例NSCLC 2例；NSCLC Ⅱ期1 例，Ⅲ期1例，SCLC局限期6例。治疗方法中放疗＋化疗6例，单纯化疗1例，单纯放疗1例。结果：随诊率为100％，中位生存9个月。ELS与肿瘤治疗的关系 症状加重1／8，无改善1／8，好转4／8，消失2／8。无1例因ELS死亡。结论：对比ELS与重症肌无力在发病率、临床表现、诊断、治疗上的不同。手术、放疗、化疗可使部分肺癌合并ELS患者的ELS症状缓解。胍类，计明胺，钙类药物对症治疗有效。

Objective To study eight lung cancer patients with Eaton－Lambert Syndrome ELS and literature review． Methods Eight lung cancer patients with ELS were treated in our hospital from 1965~1995． The clinical manifestations and treatment result of ELS were analysed． Results The follow－up rate was 100％ the median survival time was 9 months． The death had no relation with ELS． Conclusion ELS can be relieved or disappear with cancer treatment surgery radiotherapy and chemotherapy． Guanidine germine and calcium medicines can relieve the symptoms of ELS．
