摘要
根据调查材料,从基本状况、教学、科研以及从教心理等方面对唐山市初中历史教师的素质进行了分析。指出了唐山市初中历史教师队伍中存在的一些问题及解决这些问题的途径和方法。
This paper, base on the datum of findings, investigates and analyses the quality of the junior middle school history teachers in Tangshan from the basic condition. The teaching, the scientific research as well as the teaching psychology. It points out not only one questions existing in this teaching workers, but also some channels and ways about of setting these questions.
