随着激光加工技术的日趋成熟和工业用大功率激光设备价格的逐渐下降 ,给产品和模具的制造工艺带来了新的变革 ,在模具制造、模具表面强化与维修、取代模具等3个方面 。

With the maturing of the laser processing technology and the decreasing of price of the industrial large-power laser equipment, a new innovation was brought to the manufacturing technology of the products and the dies and moulds. A relatively detailed analysis and discussion was made on the laser optimized manufacturing process for dies and moulds from three aspects of manufacturing, surface reinforcement and maintenance, and substitutive dies or moulds.
