摘要
通过分析不同原料的性质,找到了优化烧结配料的方法。在使用低SiO_2、高Al_2O_3原料的条件下,通过综合平衡混匀矿粉的TFe、SiO_2和粒度组成,掌握烧结与高炉生产的配矿规律,是可以实现高产、稳产、优质、低耗的生产目标的。
By analyzing the characteristic of different raw materials, a solution was provided to adjust the raw material structure for the ironmaking and sintering system. Under the condition of using the raw material of low SiO2 % and high Al2O3%, overall balance was considered for the mixed mine powder according to the TFe,SiO2% and granularity, better production result will be realized.
