摘要
该文简要介绍了内能源转管机枪首发起动装置的工作原理和工作过程。根据气体动力学和机构动力学理论建立了首发起动过程的数学模型。通过数值模拟 ,该文探讨了首发起动结构参数和火药弹参数对气室压力、活塞速度和机心匣角速度的影响。计算表明 ,该文的模型可以较好地反映驱动活塞和机心匣的运动规律。
This paper simply describes the working principles and the process of the initial driving device of the self energizing gatling gun. A mathematical model for the initial blank cartridge driving process of the gatling gun is presented based on the gas dynamics and the mechanical dynamics.The numerical simulation investigates the effects of the parameters of the initial driving device and the parameters of the blank cartridge on the piston chamber pressure and piston velocity as well as receiver rotation speed.Calculation shows that the movement regulations of the piston velocity and displacement, the receiver rotation speed and rotation angle are well simulated.
