本世纪30年代,世界上首先以一次通过法实现了尿素的工业化生产。此后经过水溶液全循环法和高压圈等压气提法两次重大突破,尿素生产工艺已日趋成熟。本文着重介绍了生产能力占当今世界总能力90%的三大尿素专利公司工艺技术的先进性和各自特点,并列表对比了它们的工艺参数,技术指标及消耗定额.
The commercial production of urea in the world was first realized by the process of 'once-through' synthesis.
Then, by the two breakthrough in technologies of the recycle process of aqueous solution and high pressure spiral packing isobaric stripping process, the production of urea is becoming mature day by day. This article mainly introduces the process advantages and features of three biggest patent companies which account to 90 percent of the total world production capacity. It also compares their processing parameters, technical quotas and comsumption of raw materials by list.
