摘要
针对我国钢材产品结构存在的问题 ,指出“十五”期间产品结构调整的重点是 :依靠技术进步 ,提高板带材比例 ,解决目前市场紧缺的高附加值产品品种 ;发展连续小型和高线轧机 ,使长材上档次 。
To counter the problems of Chinese steel products structure, the paper pointed out that the work emphases of structure adjustment of steel products is increasing the ratio of plate and strip, developing the scarce high additional value products, constructing the continuous small section mills and high speed wire mills, reducing the output ratio of long product and improving its quality.
