New Insecticide for Killing Mosquitoes——Zhongxi Pyrethrin

中西灭蚊菊酯是一种国内新开发的高档蚊香用药。药效试验及毒性测定证明其高效、低毒,完全可以取代日本进口的强力毕那命等,但原药成本可降低30％。文中还介绍了该药剂之合成路线。

Zhongxi pyrethrin, a high grade insecticide for use in mosquito-repellent incense, is developed re- cently in our country. It is proved that the pyrethrin is a pesticide of high effeciency, low toxity and can be a com- petent substitute for Pynamin-F imported from Japan in killing mosquitoes after its effect test and toxity determi- nation. Furthermore, 30% of the cost of the main material can be reduced after the substitution. The synthetic route of the product is also presented in this article.
