摘要 本文讨论了PPO/FP共混物作为微波用低线胀系数塑料的可行性。试验了共混物的不同配比对介电性能和线胀系数的影响,最后用电镜观察共混物形态和经电压驻波比试验,测定共混物的S<1.45,达到要求。 In this paper the feasibility of PPO/FP blends of lower coefficient of thermal expension (CTE) for microwave application is discussed. Experiments show effects of different compounding ratio on dielectric charac- teristics and CTE are conducted. The morphology of the blend is studied by electronic microscope. Voltage Stand- ing-Wave Ratio (VSWR) is measured and its value is less than 1.45.
