介绍了天然野生葛粉的营养价值,并采用双滚筒干燥方法对天然葛粉的速食化进行了研究,所开发的速食天然葛粉具有用温水 (或冰水 )即可冲调,口感细腻幼滑、清香爽口的特点。
: This paper introduced the nutrition value of natural pueraria powder, and researched the instantizing of natural pueraria powder with using double- drum dryer, the developed instant pueraria powder have these characters: it can be dissolved easily in warm or freezing water, its taste is fine and smooth, tasty and refreshing with delicate fragrance.
