摘要
介绍了天然野生葛粉的营养价值，并采用双滚筒干燥方法对天然葛粉的速食化进行了研究，所开发的速食天然葛粉具有用温水 (或冰水 )即可冲调，口感细腻幼滑、清香爽口的特点。
： This paper introduced the nutrition value of natural pueraria powder， and researched the instantizing of natural pueraria powder with using double- drum dryer， the developed instant pueraria powder have these characters： it can be dissolved easily in warm or freezing water， its taste is fine and smooth， tasty and refreshing with delicate fragrance.
