在我国东西部地区经济发展差距的现状及其形成原因的基础上 ,对地区发展差距进行了理性思考 。
After the discussion of the state and reason which lead to the gap between the West and the East the article takes reasonable consideration of this regional gap and puts forward concrete suggestions.
