摘要
建立宪法诉讼制度 ,对宪法中所规定的内容在实际生活中被遵守的程度进行法律调整 ,以真正实现有法可依 ,建设社会主义的法治国家。
The paper indicates that China will be built into a socialist country ruled by law, by establishing the constitutional procedural system and regulating the situations, t he substance provided for by constitution being observed in real life.
