摘要
变频调速水泵供水设备是很有发前景的节能设备,但它的前提是必须运行于高效率区内,如果对水泵选择不当,使水泵的运行大部分都处于高效率区之外,那么就体现不出变频调速供水设备的节能优势.为此,本文从离心泵叶轮的相似定律入手,对如何使变频调速水泵及定速泵处于高效率区工作进行了分析.提出了合理选用成套变频调速供水设备时,应对其配套水泵结合变频调速设定的恒压值进行核算,必要时更换配套水泵,以保证它的节能特点.并在本文中提出了需注意的问题和进行核算的方法.
Variable-frequency speed governing pump is a kind of energy saving facilities with bright future. However it must run in the zone of high efficiency, otherwise, variable-frequency speed governing water supply facilities will not show the energy saving superiority. The paper analyzes the way variable-frequency speed governing pump and constant speed pump work in the zone of high efficiency on the basis of similar law of centrifugal pump impeller. The paper indicates that, when selecting a series of suitable variable-frequency speed governing water supply facilities, corresponding water pump must be calculated considering the constant pressure value set for variable frequency and speed regulation, and even be changed when necessary to ensure the feature of energy saving. The paper points out the problems to which attention should be paid and calculating method.
