摘要
脂质体作为新型药物载体 ,具有靶向性和长效缓释作用 ,又降低药物的毒性和提高药物的稳定性 ,具有较大的发展前途。笔者探讨了在相同的条件下用反相蒸发法、研磨法、冻融法制备溶菌酶脂质体。通过对其包裹率的测定 ,结果表明 :反相蒸发法包裹率高 ,反相蒸发法为最佳工艺。
WT5BZ]As a new type of medicine carrier ,liposome can achieve the result of target direction, long_action and gradual release .It can also reduce the toxicity and improve the stability of the drag, and have a wide developing future. This article has discussed the advantage of different kinds of prepartions:reverse_phase evaporation, crush, freeze thawing .By assaying the rate of envelopment of liposome, it is proved that the preparation of reverse_phase is the best.
