Study on the Scheme for the Treatment of Asphalt Tail Gas

阐述了沥青尾气直接燃烧法处理工艺及净化效果。提出采用FQJI型有机废气全氧化净化装置,处理沥青尾气的方案。该装置既可直接燃烧,又可催化焚烧;对不同处理对象,在全氧化温度250℃～900℃内,选用不同的氧化温度,可获得最佳净化效果。

The process for direct burning asphalt tail gas was mentioned in the paper. A scheme for treating asphalt tail gas by using FQJI type of full oxidation unit to purify organic waste gas was suggested. This purification unit can make both direct burning and catalytic burning possble, and it can select different full oxidation temperature according to varied treating objects in the range of 250-900℃ to obtain optimal purification effect.
