摘要
板条通过圆角是冲压工艺中带有普遍性的问题 ,也是冲压工艺基础理论研究中的一个难点。本文以数值模拟为手段 ,对板条在后拉力作用下通过圆角时的变形机理进行了研究。依据计算结果 ,提出将板条通过圆角的变形过程分为 5个变形区 。
Plate pulled through shoulder is a general problem in stamping, that is also a difficult point in sheet forming technology. In this paper, the deformation principle of strip pulled through shoulder is studied by FEM simulation. According to the results, it is put forward that the deformation zone is divide into five subzones. Deformation features and mechanical characterristic of each subzone are analyzed.
