废水中对—氨基苯酚的电位溶出法测定

摘要 采用Nafion修饰电极,以微分计时电位溶出法分析测定废水中对—氨基苯酚(PAP)。在选定的条件下,PAP的测定范围在1.0μ~0.5mmol/l之间;最低检测浓度为0.1μmol/l;标准偏差为1.6%:方法的回收率为92.5%~96.5%。 In this paper, determination of p-aminophenol by chronopotentiometric stripping analysis with Nation modified electrode was described, the conditions were proposed, and the mechanisms of preconcentration and electrode reaction at Nafion modified electrode were discussed. The result showed that this method was good and high sensitivity, relative standard deviation of 8 parelled samples was 1.6%, detection limit 1.0× 10~7mol l. a linear relation between peak height and concentration of p-aminophenol was obtained in the range of 1.0×10~6 to 5.0×10~4mol l and recovery rate was from 92.5% to 96.5%.
