本文对投资主要评价指标——净现值指标进行了分析研究,针对指标由于现金流量估计的不准确等问题提出了一些解决办法。同时文中用实物期权法对投资项目进行了评价,并以此对净现值法的缺陷作一弥补。

This paper discusses the main index of investment evaluation-NPV an d gives some solutions about the inaccuracy of cash flow estimate. As a remedy, the paper also discusses real options method about investment evaluation.
