体育教育专业的田径普修课结业考试一般都是以全能项目为考试内容，教师根据学生每项的考试成绩，查阅全能评分表计算学生全能考试的分值，统计工作繁琐而复杂，工作效率低，而且极易出错．用电子表格自动生成《田径普修课结业考试成绩登记表》，只需输入评分表、学生姓名、所测成绩，电脑就能自动查表、累加总分、统计各个级别人数、计算出达标率、优秀率并打印出所需表格．这样大大减轻了体育教师的工作强度，提高了工作效率．

Abstract:Generally speaking, the content of the graduation examination of track and field is focusedon the overall abilities of students. Based on the individual examination marks, the final marks of astudent is calculated by a teacher through the checking of the overall ability assessment form, thuscausing complexity and low efficiency and lots of errors in the statistics. With the help of Excel,students'transcripts can be automatically made with input of assessment form, students'names, andthe marks obtained. Such work as consultation, sum- up, statistics of student number of each class,calculation of passing rate, and rate of excellence can be done automatically. The required forms canbe printed as well. Through the use of Excel, P. E. teachers' work becomes easier and more efficient.
