利用Office办公软件，设计学费收据套打方案，解决财务部门每学年收费时大量的手工作业、效率低下的问题．此方案的要求是财务部门根据有关部门的学生资料建立学生资料数据库，设计相应的收据页面，然后建立收据页面和资料库有效通畅的数据链，并可以向有关部门提供实时信息，易于操作，可行性强．

E-page of receipts is designed with Microsoft Office to solve the problem of the inefficiency of handing school fee receipts with hardwork in the accounting dept. The student data-base on the data resource and the connection between e-page of erceipts and data-base have been estabished in the design.
