摘要
本研究从30几个毛白杨的杂交品种中选取抗病性较强的品种作为试验材料，采用组织培养的方法，通过大量、反复试验总结出快速、大量繁殖再生植株的最佳方法，建立了抗病毛白杨快速繁殖的再生系统，解决了该品种扦插繁殖较难，尤其是生根率低的问题，为迅速推广抗病毛白杨提供了新途径．
Abstract:Out of 30 hybrids of populus tomentosa carr, two cultivars with strong disease- resistantfeature were selected and tested with tissue culture techniques, and high quality regeneration systemswere established. This resolres the problem of the lower rooting rate of populus tomentosa andprorides a new way to develop populus tomentosa.
