本文阐述了用现代仪器对刺槐花中蛋白质、糖、抗坏血酸、酶值、氨基氮及微量元素等营养成分测试结果,并对其营养价值进行了初步分析.
The article reports a study on the untrient determination of the protein, glucose, vitamin C, enzyme, amino N and trance elements in the sophora flowers by the modernize instrument and a preliminary analysis of the nutritive value.
