摘要 为了研究小球藻中增强免疫力及抗肿瘤等方面具有显著效果的活性成分,本文对小球藻蛋白质的提取及分离进行了初步的研究.小球藻(Chiorella ssp)光照培养,离心收集鲜藻,超声波破碎细胞,离心除细胞碎片.取上清液加入30%饱和度硫酸铵,4℃静置盐析24h,离心后分别将沉淀和上清液透析,经Sephadex G-75柱层析,可以得到分子量不同的四种蛋白质,以PAGE分析证明了本文所采用的方法. Chiorella spp. was cultivated for 8 days in at room temperature under fluorescent light. After 6 days, cells were collected by centrifugation, then disrupted by ultrasonic wave. After centrifugation, the supernatant was treated with 30% (NH4)2SO4 for 24 hour at 4℃. Again after centrifugation, the sediment and supernatant were dialyzed at 4℃ in distilled water for 24 hour. After desalination, each fraction was applied to Sephdex G-75 molecular sieve column, finally four proteins were obtained. The result was shown by PAGE.
