摘要 由于分子生物学、生物信息学、多维核磁共振、X射线晶体图形学、同步辐射源 等的应用,大大提高了测定蛋白质大分子的三维结构的能力,创新药物的模式正在由盲目 地随机筛选,朝着基于靶标结构合理药物设计方向发展,并且已经取得很大成就. Owign to recent development of Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, NMR, X-Ray Crystallography and the application of Synchromous Radiant Source et, the power measuring the three dimensional structure of protein is enhancing greatly. The model creating new drug design is transiting from random screening to structure-based drug design and tremendous achievements have been made.
