手术切除联合电灼磨削术治疗眼睑部桥赘状瘢痕

Treatment of Blepharal Pedunculated and Bridged Scar Treated by Excision Combined with Electrocautery and Derm-abrasion

目的:探讨一种治疗眼睑部桥赘状瘢痕的有效方法。方法:采用手术切除联合电灼磨削术治疗。结果:本组86例,随访10～18个月,显效54例(62.8％),有效32例(37.2％)。其中二次手术7例,总有效率100％。结论:该方法创伤小,简便易行,治疗周期短,术后外观改善明显,为治疗眼睑部桥赘状瘢痕提供了一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To investigate and effective herapeutic method for treatment of blepharal pedunculated and bridged scar. Methods:Excision combined with electrocautery and dermabrasion was adopted. Results: 86 cases were followed up for 10 ~ 18 months, the effect was excellent in 54 cases (62.8 % ), and good in 32 cases (37.2%).7 of the patients underwent two operations. The general effective rate was 100% . Conclusion:This method is simple,and has the advantage of less trauma,and shorter therapeutic period. The appearance the patients has improve greatly. It is an effective way for treatment of blepharal pedunculated and bridged scars.
