摘要
目的 :了解足骨血管孔的分布情况 ,为临床提供参考资料。方法 :观测跗骨、跖骨和趾骨血管孔的数目及部位。结果 :①跗骨中的第二楔骨血管孔最少 ,平均为 6 .2 3± 2 .31个 ,滋养孔 2 .4 6± 1.0 4个 ;跟骨血管孔最多 ,平均为 38.8± 5 .12个 ,滋养孔 8.5 5± 3.10个。②跖骨中段滋养孔 ,1孔者最多占 85 .2 3%。③跖骨近、中、远节均有血管孔 ,其中滋养孔数目不恒定 ,趾骨中段滋养孔出现率为 4 2 .0 %。结论 :足骨均有血管孔 ,多数分布在足骨底面、内侧面和背侧面。
Objective:To study the distribution of the blood vessel foramina of foot bones and to provide the reference datum for clinical application.Methods:The number and position of the blood vessel foramina of trasal bones,metatarsal bones and phalanges of toes were obseved.Results:①The intermidiate cuneiform bone has the least blood vessel foramina with an average number of 6.23±2.31 and the number of nutrient foramen is 2.46±1.04;The calcaneus has the most blood vessel foramina with an average number of 38.8±5.12,and the number of nutrient foramina is 8.55±3.10.②In the middle part of metatarsal bone only one nutrient foramen accounts for 85.23%.③All the phalanges of toes have blood vessel foramina,and the number of nutrient foramina is not constant.The appearance rater of the nutrient foramen is 42% in the middle part of phalanges of toes.Conclusion:All the foot bones have blood vessel foramina Most of them are distributed in the basis,medial and lateral part of the feet.
