电视胸腔镜手术的麻醉处理

Anaesthesia in Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery

目的 :探讨胸腔镜手术的麻醉处理要点、并发症的防治。方法 :分析 172例胸腔镜手术的麻醉过程 ,全组均采用快诱导双腔支气管插管静吸复合全麻。结果 :全组麻醉效果满意 ,发生 5例与麻醉有关的并发症 ,无手术及围麻醉期死亡病例。结论 :胸腔镜手术的麻醉处理关键是双腔管插管位置准确 ,加强呼吸管理 。

Objective:To explore the use of anaesthesia in video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS) and the prevention and treatment of its complications.Methods:The anaesthesia process of 172 cases of VATS were analysed.All the patients were anaesthetized by intravenous-inhalation combined with rapid induced double channels endo-broncheal intubation.Results:The effect is satisfactory.Five patients developed complications related to the anaesthesia.No one was dead during the surgery and anaesthesia.Conclusion:It is essential in the aneasthesia for video-assisted thoracic surgery to place the double channels endo-broncheal intubation in the proper position,pay attention to the patient' breathing and avoid the hypoxemia.
