用均速管测量汽水两相流体的流量或干度

摘要 本文从分相动量模型出发,提出了用均速管对汽液两相流体进行单参数测量的关系式,分析了动量交换因子J和滑移比s的影响,并进行了试验研究。结果表明:在干度x为0.85~1的范围内,用均速管进行汽液双相流体的单参数测量并用分相模型处理数据时,均方差为2.81%;用均相模型处理数据时,均方差为5.18%。 Based on momentum models of different phases, some correlation formulas are presented to be used in the measurement of flow rate and dryness of steam-water two-phase flow with annubars. The influence of the momentum-exchange factor, J and the slip s are studied. Experiments show in the range of dryness (0.85<x<1), for the separated flow model, the root mean square fractional deviation of mass flow rate of mixture is 2.81%. For the homogeneous model, the root mean square fractional deviation of mass flow rate of mixture is 5.18%.
