摘要
本文根据大量试验结果,提出了径向波箔轴承几何参数的设计计算公式;介绍了高速轴承试验台的结构和试验方法(试验台的所有支承轴承和加载装置的活动联接全部采用气体润滑);对几种不同参数的皮箔轴承进行了初步的静态特性试验。试验结果与理论计算基本相符。
This paper looks briefly at the design and test of air-lubricated bump foil journal bearings. The results of a lot of experiments, and the formulars for the design of geomeiric parameters of bump foil journal bearing are presented. 'The structure of the test rig for high speed bearings and the experimental methods for the bump foil journal bea- ings are described (The supoorted bearings and the parts of loading equipment are all air-lubricated). The first-phase test of bump foil journal bearings with different parameters has been completed, The experimental results basically agree with the theoretical curves.
