分析了汽车专业学生的专业实习和就业难的原因 ,针对中国入世后汽车业的发展前景及其对人才的需求情况 ,提出了应及时转变观念 ,面向整个行业办学 ,切切实实提高教学质量、并进一步提高教师素质等看法。

This article analyzes the causes why the students of car repair major are difficult to look for the field training opportunities and employment under circumstances of Chinas entry into WTO,the car industry begins a new phase and the demand of human resources is changing too. The educational institutes should orient the teaching schemes to the practical needs of the car industry and improve the quality of teaching and teachers themselves.
