摘要
本文介绍了仪器仪表摩擦磨损失效的模式及失效机理。了解这些失效模式及失效机理,对降低仪器仪表失效率及提高其可靠性将是十分有意义的。
In this paper the failure mode and failure mechanism due 1o friction and wear in instrumentation are dealt with thecretically. The analysis of failure mode and failure mechanism is significant for decreasing the wear failures and improving the reliability of the instrumentation.
