本文介绍了灰色预测在恒定应力加速寿命试验数据处理中的应用,并结合实例给出了试验数据的处理步骤和方法。
This paper proposes a new method of the data processing in the constant stress accelerated test (CSAT). Several examples are given to show that Grey prediction is applicable to CSAT. This new method decreases the randomization of test data anddata processing error caused by condition. 'The application of Grey Prediction can make the reliability test more convenient and accurate.
