摘要
以深海底矿物固液两相流管道提升工艺为应用背景 ,通过试验考察了直径为 15mm的锰结核在垂直管流中的压力梯度变化规律。对非均质流长距离提升过程中压力梯度的组成部分及其计算方法进行了深入分析 ,得到的计算结果与试验结果非常吻合。
With the application background of deep sea mineral lifting, this paper studied the pressure loss of solid liquid two phase flow wtih large sized manganese nodules in a vertically arranged lifting pipe. Both experimental and theoretical investigations have been made. It was found that the total pressure loss has been found to be composed of three parts respectively resulted from shear friction, potential energy loss and additional pressure loss due to particle collision. The predicted results agree well with the measured data.
