以对知识的记忆和理解为主要标准的现行高校学生评价制度,严重制约了全新人才的培养。高校必须建立起以创新精神和实践能力为核心的创新人才评价标准,对创新所需要的知识、能力、人格做出科学评价,才能使创新人才的培养得到有效突破。
The main standard of today's undergraduate evaluating system focuses on checking the capacity of memorizing what college students have learned.This kind of standard is seriously restricting the creative talents'training,so universities in China should set up a completely new evaluating standard considering creative and practical capability as its core,in which knowledge,capacity and personality can be evaluated scientifically.
