人力资源是当今社会发展中最重要的资源。我国企业人力资源管理体系的建立,必须重点解决以下问题:确立人力资源管理在企业中的战略地位;明确现代人力资源管理的精髓和核心内容;建立科学的人力资源管理框架体系;配置人力资源管理的合适人选。
Human resources are the most important resources in current developing society. If we want to establish the management system of human resources, we should particularly do as the followings: Make sure the strategic position of human resource management; grasp the soul and core of human resource administration; establish the scientific administrative system of human resources; dispose the appropriate persons to human resource administration.
