优先发展公司风险投资是我国现阶段风险投资的理性选择

Prior Development of the CVC at the Present Phase in China

公司风险投资和普通风险投资作为风险投资的两种重要组织形式,二者存在一定的联系和区别,其区别决定了二者的发展条件的不同。本文分析了我国普通风险投资发展的制约因素,结合公司风险投资的特征,认为优先发展公司风险投资是我国现阶段风险投资的理性选择。

Being the two important forms of venturing capital, Corporate Venturing Capita (CVC) and Ordinary Venturing Capital (VC) have some relations and differences between them, and their difference decides that the two forms have different conditions for development. This article firstly analyses the factors which restrict the development of Ordinary Venturing Capital in China. Then it considers that we should prefer to develop CVC at the present phase on the basis of analyzing the characters of CVC.
